Subject: 2016 RSMeans Guides Database Correction Update
It has been brought to our attention that there were a couple of corrections in the RSMeans Guides.
We sent out an update today via email that fixes the following line items:
- Items have % for UM now: 23-05-02-10-0020-M and 06-11-10-01-0020-M
- Updated prices for section 27-05-29-10 both Standard Books and R&R Books (Commercial Renovation and Facilities)
These were found by our users. We really appreciate all of you and your help in finding any errors. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This will update your pricing guides only. This will not affect any current estimates. If you have used these items (or repriced estimates for 2016), you should look at these items and ensure they are correctly priced for 2016.
